Our mission is to celebrate and share God's love in Jesus Christ

At St. Michael's, we believe faith formation is a lifelong journey–one that grows deeper when it meets people where they are. That's why we're excited to introduce "Rooted in Faith, Growing in Grace," our new Christian education program, thoughtfully redesigned to reflect the evolving needs of our congregation and the world around us.

Every Stage of Life

We’re not just teaching lessons–we’re cultivating a community of curious, compassionate disciples. Come be a part of a movement that’s shaping hearts, minds, and lives for Christ.

Children from birth to 4 y/o and their adults

We invite children from birth to age 4 and their grown-ups to spend an hour together in community. Each session offers something new—music and movement, playful learning, practical conversations about family life, or exploring faith through stories. Whether we're singing, sharing, or simply being present, this is a space to grow together in joy, connection, and care.

K through 5th Grade

Elementary-aged children are invited to come together for a joyful hour of music, crafts, Bible stories, and games. Rooted in faith and friendship, Pray and Grow helps kids explore God’s love through creativity, play, and meaningful connection.
Adults of All Ages

Adults of all ages are invited to gather for an hour of thoughtful conversation and learning. Led by a rotating group of facilitators, each session explores a different topic—from theology and scripture to spiritual practices and everyday faith. Whether you're curious, questioning, or simply seeking connection, this is a space to grow together in understanding and community.

Middle/High School Age Youth Group

Middle and High School youth are invited to gather together to shape the life of our youth ministry. This is a space to brainstorm, organize, and lead—whether it’s planning service projects, social events, or faith-based activities. Come with ideas, energy, and a spirit of collaboration as we build something meaningful together.

More Opportunities to Learn and Grow
Confirmation
St. Michael's offers instruction for young people preparing for the Affirmation of Baptism. Typically, any young person in 7th or 8th grade is invited to participate in these classes. After two years of instruction they may stand before the congregation and confirm their faith through the Rite of Affirmation of Baptism. If you have any questions please let the church office know.
Adult Bible Study
Join us for Bible Study. Sometimes we will take a few weeks to study a single book of the Bible, sometimes we focus on Biblical characters, other times we might branch out and look at something completely different.
Bible Study usually meets on Wednesday mornings at 11am and Wednesday evenings at 6pm (check the church calendar for more detail). Bible study is offered in person and over Zoom (contact the church office for a Zoom link).
